Client Brief

To create a contemporary, unique and luxurious new boutique destination hotel. Must be practical for business use as well as guest staying for pleasure. Not to be site specific so must inject a new interest into the neighbourhood.

Design Approach

Warm, Rich, inviting, luxurious, sophisticated yet contemporary are just a few words to describe the team's design approach for this exciting project. Not site inspired but a fresh new approach to contemporary design in an urban setting. Touches of 'raw' textures combined with high gloss & innovative finishes. An iconic, unique, opulent interior. Motifs promote sophisticated simplicity with bold splashes of injection colours.
