Refurbishment

The Flagship Hilton situated in the heart of Mayfair on the edge of Hyde Park on Park Lane. An exclusive establishment that boasts 360 degree views of the city & is also home to the famous 'Galvin @ Windows' Restaurant. A very prestigious place to stay in the capital, one of London's finest.

Client Brief

The team were asked to redesign the existing guestrooms on 4 of the executive floors of the hotel; taking into account the hotels position, main guest (business travellers) & expectations of the client in today's modern market.

Design Approach

The main element of our design draws from its relationship with the surrounding environment. To achieve a 'sense of place' we have extracted elements of local architecture, culture, colours, patterns & mirrored these in our design decisions to create something we believe to be different yet functional & luxurious & all thing synonymous with the Hilton brand. We were asked to come up with 2 options, one higher & one lower spec but of equally interesting ideas – we believe our end product will prove popular with both international & domestic guest.
