A concept for the refurbishment & re-branding of the prestigious restaurant @ Sandy Lane in Barbados.

Client Brief

To enhance the guest experience at this already highly reputable restaurant. To draw on transcending trends & retain the quality & consistency of the brand.

Design Approach

Both a day & night venue, drawing on inspiration from local elements. Strong focal features designed to be elegant & simple. An open display kitchen & buffet area creates drama & theatre with more intimate zones in the champagne bar & private dining. With some more ornate finishes both in the floor & wall surfaces & clever use of beautiful lighting the space oozes luxury & exclusivity. Local materials have been used throughout the Palladian style restaurant space, with a strong sense of arrival & spectacular sea views this is a place that will draw in clients from all over to sample the world class cuisine in its elegant & timeless new interior.
