JRJ Studios have extensive experience in architecture and interior design on projects all over the world. Our team have lived and worked on projects overseas which gives a comprehensive construction and project management knowledge to support the strong conceptual base of the team.

concepts

We fully involve ourselves in the client's brief in order to understand thoroughly their requirements. Drawing on our experience and our appreciation of the cultural vernacular this allows us to create totally imaginative and appropriate schemes. We present these concepts to our clients both manually and digitally ensuring that they have an early opportunity to respond with their views.

design development

Following sign-off and approval from the client, JRJ Studios then proceed to develop the design in greater detail. This entails finalizing the interior and exterior finishes, space planning, fabrics and colour palette. In this phase JRJ Studios would ensure that all information is co-ordinated with the other consultants involved in the project

architectural documentation

The finalised design can now be transferred to a full set of architectural drawings. These drawings can be issued for tender or, alternatively, go straight to a named contractor depending on client preference.

FF&E documentation

In conjunction with architectural documentation, JRJ Studios design prepare the specification of all movable furniture, decorative lighting, carpets, fabrics etc, for the client to purchase.

construction & installation

The issue of drawings does not mark the limit of JRJ Studios' design responsibility on a project. We are the eyes and ears of the client on site. This means that we monitor the works on site on a regular basis, paying particular attention to the detail and making snagging lists where required.
